From Wednesday, January 8th, join us at Wolves Zone MMA Academy for a program combining physical fitness, mental health support and community connection.
Each session features:
10–11 am: MMA training with female coaches in a private, comfortable setting.
11–11:30 am: Get ready for an empowering lineup of guest speakers: a jiu-jitsu champion, a belly-dancing wellness coach, a holistic doula, a postnatal fitness expert, a celebrated wellness author and a lingerie specialist from TKD Lingerie. Together, they’ll dive into mamahood, wellness and reclaiming your strength inside and out!
Leave the childcare to us! Sitters will be available, so you can focus on yourself without guilt. Join the full program or drop in for individual sessions.
